Where we ship

We ship within the Benelux. Shipping costs depend on the product and are calculated at checkout. Prefer to collect your order? Pick-up at our Antwerp atelier is always free. Every piece is carefully packaged to make sure it arrives safely at your door.
We also ship internationally on request. Just drop us a line at info@bloomhaus.be and we’ll look into the options together.

Rentals

For rentals, transport and installation are always handled by us. Since every project is unique, prices are provided upon request in a personalized quote.

Returns

Each flower is handmade to order, which means returns or exchanges aren’t possible. If your delivery arrives damaged or incomplete, please email us within 48 hours at info@bloomhaus.be with clear photos. Once confirmed, we’ll send you a replacement free of charge.
