Yes! We offer a curated selection of standard colors to choose from when placing your order.
If you’re looking for a custom color match, we’re happy to accommodate — please note that custom color requests may require additional production time.
You can choose between 130 cm, 165 cm, or 185 cm in height. The flower heads are approximately 65 cm in diameter.
Both the stem height and the bloom size can be adjusted upon request to suit your space or styling needs.Please note that custom dimensions may require additional production time.
Standard production takes 2 – 5 business days. We ship internationally within 1–4 days. Most orders arrive within 7 days or less.
Yes, we do! For urgent requests, please contact us via email or phone before placing your order. You can also leave a note at checkout with your preferred delivery date and we’ll do our best to accomodate you.
Our minimum order is 2 flowers. You’re welcome to mix different types (poppy, gerbera, daisy) and colors within that minimum.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please keep the original packaging, take clear photos, and contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll gladly send you a replacement at no extra cost.
Since all our flowers are handcrafted and made to order, we do not offer refunds. We appreciate your understanding and are always here to ensure you’re happy with your Bloomhaus experience.

At your own risk they can. Due to the delicate nature of the Italian crepe paper, our flowers — including lighting pieces — must be kept completely dry. Exposure to rain, humidity, or moisture can cause irreparable damage. We strongly recommend using them indoors only, or in fully sheltered environments.
In case of damage caused by weather, mishandling, or vandalism during the rental period, a purchase obligation applies. This means you’ll be required to cover the cost of the affected items. We advise handling the flowers with care and storing them safely when not in use.
To maintain their beauty, gently dust the flowers with a dry microfiber cloth or soft duster (like a Swiffer). Avoid using any liquids or cleaning sprays, as moisture can damage the paper.
