Shipping & Returns

Where we ship

We currently ship within the Benelux only, at a flat rate of €74.35. Every piece is carefully packaged to make sure it arrives safely at your door.
If you’d like your order delivered outside the Benelux, just drop us a line at info@bloomhaus.be and we’ll look into the options together.

Rentals

For rentals, transport and installation are always handled by us. Since every project is unique, prices are provided upon request in a personalized quote.

Returns

Each flower is handmade to order, which means returns or exchanges aren’t possible. If your delivery arrives damaged or incomplete, please email us within 48 hours at info@bloomhaus.be with clear photos. Once confirmed, we’ll send you a replacement free of charge.
